Is it possible to work remotely from another country?
No, unfortunately at this moment not possible
What are the typical working hours?
Standard Model: 9:00 AM 10:00 AM start, finishing at 6:00 PM 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This schedule includes flexibility based on responsibilities and team needs.
Focused Productivity Model: Work from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, followed by a 30-minute break , then from11:30 AM-2:30 PM. This is considered a full workday, not a half-day, as the approach is built on deep focus and maximum efficiency. During this time, certain restrictions apply (e.g., no phone usage) to ensure high concentration and output.
Do you offer internship opportunities?

What is the recruitment process like?
Our recruitment process typically involves an initial HR interview (30 minutes). After the HR interview, we either proceed with a technical interview (1-2 hours) followed by an in-house task (3-4 hours), or we assign the task after the HR interview and then conduct the technical interview. The entire process usually takes about 2-3 weeks.

Do you have any office events or corporate activities?
Yes, once or twice a month, we have Office Friday. We finish work early on Fridays at 4:00 PM and start enjoying the evening with drinks, hookah, games, food, and good company. Additionally, twice a year, in summer and winter, we organize a corporate getaway outside the city for one or two days to relax and have a great time together. We also love to climb mountains, and 3-5 times a year, we organize mountain-climbing trips as part of our team activities.
