What are the typical working hours?
Our typical working hours are from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, but some flexibility is allowed depending on the role and department.

What is the recruitment process like?
Our recruitment process typically involves an initial HR interview (15-20 minutes). After the HR interview, we either proceed with a technical interview (1-2 hours) followed by an in-house task (3-4 hours), or we assign the task after the HR interview and then conduct the technical interview. The entire process usually takes about 2-3 weeks.

Do you have any office events or corporate activities?
Yes, once or twice a month, we have Office Friday. We finish work early on Fridays at 4:00 PM and start enjoying the evening with drinks, hookah, games, food, and good company. Additionally, twice a year, in summer and winter, we organize a corporate getaway outside the city for one or two days to relax and have a great time together. We also love to climb mountains, and 3-5 times a year, we organize mountain-climbing trips as part of our team activities.
