Middle Sales Manager
Job Description
As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to expand our market presence. You will work closely with the team especially marketing team to align our sales approach with market demands and technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, strategic networking, and in-depth market analysis.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and C-level executives to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct high-level presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to articulate the value of our IT solutions and close complex deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, refine product positioning, and align sales strategies with market trends and company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales effectiveness, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in a sales management role within the IT or technology sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of Russian language and English is mandatory.
