Senior ux/ui Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at AimIT, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user interface of our web and mobile applications. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and industry best practices will drive the creation of compelling and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and gather user requirements to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a culture of design excellence within the company.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role in the software development industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
