40HC, a global logistics company, relied on fragmented software solutions and manual processes to manage shipping by air, sea, and road. With more than 100 employees and partnerships with over 1,000 companies, the lack of a unified system led to daily inefficiencies.
Loads were often lost or stolen, communication between departments was inconsistent, and managing high delivery volumes became increasingly complex. The company needed a single, reliable platform to centralize operations, minimize risks, and ensure transparency across the entire logistics chain.

For the first 4 months, our team conducted deep business analysis, interviewing employees at all levels from administrators and managers to drivers and warehouse operators. We identified pain points and designed a comprehensive solution roadmap.

We delivered a 200+ page documentation package covering business processes, workflows, and technical requirements. Alongside this, we created detailed UX/UI designs, user flows, wireframes, and interface prototypes. After finalizing the analysis, we provided a full project estimation, signed a second development contract, and began implementation.

We developed a custom logistics management platform designed to handle all internal and external processes for 40HC.
