Couriers can view all available orders in real time, confirm receipt, and update delivery statuses including accepted, rejected, or requested changes . Each status change triggers instant notifications for operators, warehouse staff, and other relevant members, ensuring full visibility across the workflow.

The app also provides real-time delivery tracking , allowing operators and warehousemen to monitor courier locations and order progress. Couriers benefit from tools to classify and organize their deliveries , as well as an automated earnings calculation system that generates transparent daily and monthly reports.
