Business Problem
E-commerce in the region was fragmented, with sellers struggling to reach wide audiences and buyers facing inconsistent shopping experiences. Existing platforms lacked scalability, seller-friendly onboarding, and modern search capabilities. The main challenges were to create a platform that could unite brands, manage high product volumes, support secure payments, and provide a seamless experience similar to global leaders like Amazon.
