The social networking space is dominated by platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, but they don’t fully address the challenges of employment, skills development, and meaningful community building. Finding jobs, filtering the right candidates, and connecting with like-minded professionals remains complex and inefficient. Woomp was created to bridge this gap to reduce unemployment, empower companies with modern hiring tools, and enable individuals to grow through collaboration both online and offline.

Our team at Aimit partnered to design, document, and build Woomp from the ground up.
The approach included:

• Conducting in-depth market and competitor research, identifying gaps in recruitment and social collaboration


• Designing a comprehensive technical architecture with 14 microservices for scalability


• Developing UX/UI flows tailored for job seekers, employers, and community users


• Building AI-powered tools for CV filtering, automated job matching, and Q&A recommendation
